The name, Luce, was bestowed upon me by a cherished teacher as I emerged from my own darkness into the light. It is more than just a name—it's a promise and a reminder of the radiant light within us all.

In my 30 years of experience in health and personal transformation, I've witnessed how societal conditioning can obscure our true selves. Many individuals find themselves exhausted, unfulfilled, and disconnected, often prioritizing others at their own expense.
